I'm new to this forum but would love someone that I could communicate with regularly.

I was banded 11/24/09 in South Carolina. I'm 35, married, no kids....lots of pets! I'm a veterinarian with a weight loss goal of 100 pounds.

Having some trouble being excited about this liquid phase! Ready to get on with it!

Will someone mentor me?

I am larry married,i live in mass,i will help if i can. I am on liquid diet all day today surgery tomorow,and then 2 weeks liquid diet so i can relate to you. how have you been doing?? hold in there girl we can do it Larry

I'm 5 1/2 years out and would be glad to help where I can. I lost 250 lbs and have kept them off so I promise that following the rules for banded livIng will be worth the effort

"Iquids definitely get old pretty quickly. Are you getting in enough protein?

Sometimes v8 juice because of being thick and sakty is a nice change from sweet protein.
