Can someone tell me how much do you eat each meal? Post sugery?

I had lapband surgery on November 13th. My question is for the next 21 days I'm supposed to be on liquids. But how much do you have for each "meal"? How many oz? I know what to eat, I just don't know how much? Please help!:confused::tt2:

Also when you start eating solids how many oz do you eat then??

i don't during the liquid phase you are really measuring your ounces/grams by meal... it is the total per day. 70g of Protein and 64oz of Water per day... which for me means i am pretty much sipping on something all day.

did you surgeon have you see a nutritionist? maybe give them a call?

They did have me so a nutritionist but didn't specify how much I'm eating, I'll try and get in touch with them. Thanks.

I was on clear liquids for two weeks and was told to sip 4 oz of liquids every hour and to have three 4 oz protein shakes. Basically I needed to be sipping every hour. I was required to get in 64 oz of liquids and 72 grams of protein each day.
