Went on a cruise 2 weeks ago...

AND I DIDN'T GAIN A POUND!!! WOOHOOOOOOOOO! Never before in my life have I ever gone on a cruise or vacation and didn't come back with weight gain. I did get stuck once and PB'd, but I certainly watched it the remainder of the time. I'm perfectly restricted. Thanks Dr. C and staff!

Thanks! I had to be strategic about what I ate because there were soooo many things that looked so good. Probably my biggest downfall was ice cream. I ate ice cream probably 2 times per day, but I couldn't eat very much stick to your ribs food. Mostly salad, meat and vegis., some pizza.

Hi thats great i also was on a cruise 2 weeks ago but i put on 2lb and i thought i did well [lol] but i lost it again last week, well done you

Which cruise did you go on? Who knows, we may have been on the same one. The main thing is that you lost what you gained and 2 lbs is nothing. It was more than likely Water.
