Large amt of protein in small portions?

Hi! I finally have restriction, after almost a year, and I love not even wanting to eat, but I need to get my protein in. I hate the protein shakes, but hoped someone could help me with ideas of small portions with a lot of protein. any suggestions would be a big help to me....thanks!

buy unflavored Protein powder and add it to whatever is possible. Gravy, Soup, stew, Beans, cottage cheese, oatmeal, cream of wheat, hot chocolate, etc. I'm not allowed to have Protein shakes except after vomiting or PB and for 24 hours after a fill. Other than that I have to eat REAL protein. I can't eat a lot of it though, as it constipates me horribly. I do better with a balanced diet.

Where can I find this? I never can seem to find it anywhere I look. Thanks!

Beneprotein: Thanks for the suggestion! Question: Is it flavorless? I actually might try it! It comes in 7 oz pouches… how covenient!!
