Anyone familiar w/True Results?

I am hoping someone may have some advice for me. I am with Cigna and completed all requirements - 6mo Dr supervised diet, psych evaluation, stress test, letter of medical necessity, etc. True Results advised that all paperwork was submitted to Cigna 10/20/09. I have spoken with Cigna and they have no record of paperwork. I spoke with several associates in pre-determination dept and they said it should take no more than 3-4 business days for paperwork to be scanned into their system and they do not consider it rec'd until it is in system. I called True Results and was told it was sent and could not get them to refax my paperwork to a # provided by Cigna. I was advised I would have to speak to my patient advocate - whom I have left multiple messages and emails for. It has been over a week and Cigna still has no record of paperwork - True Results patient advocate has still not returned calls or emails. I have a co-worker who is having exact same issue w/same location. Cigna has 30 days to review once rec'd and I do not want this rolling over into a new calender year - my out of pocket deductible resets! Anyone else have similar experience or have any suggestions?

Yes, I was having the same issues. So, I started asking questions but what time does she work, etc. I also got her email address and starting sending emails. Instead of phone calls. After about a week, I got everything submitted to insurance and got my tentative surgery date today. I know my coordinator was out a couple days sick and I was trying to give them a break. I didn't want to piss them off. I think people respond quicker to emails too.

I saw a different surgeon first. Their respond time was ridiculous in additional they charge a $1000 program fee. I still yet to hear back from them. True Results was definitely the best choice for me.

Good Luck!
