What happens if you cheat during liquid period?

I was wondering if anyone cheated and if so what happens? I have been cheating since like 4 days after surgery by eating soup!

Can someone tell me what will happen? I have my doctor appointment tomorrow?

well soup isn't so bad becuase it's still liquid. I have been cheating on my full liquid diet. I had rice and chicken me and a friend shared a plate and boy was it good. Don't cheat though try to stick it out. Everyone is different I was ok nothing happened, but like I said soup is fine.

Well thanks for responding! I had surgery 10.13.2009 so I guess it was the day before you. I am also eating pickles. I am trying to still eat stuff that is soft, it's just so hard!!

If you ask the bandster police they will tell you to call your surgeon immediatly and confess your sins because your band is going to explode.:wink2:

But I think you will be ok and please don't drink pickle juice that made me gag just thinking about it:scared2:

You guys are making me want a pickle now lol lol I don't think we can have those just yet though. I have been cheating these past couple days, but not much though. I had some fish yesterday chewed it up really good. This diet is getting on my last nerve, but im hanging in there.

OMG HOW FUNNY! I was digging through my moms cabinet looking for soup the other day (I had gone over, forgot to bring a protein drink and stayed long.. P.S. I've been allowed soup since the day after my surgery but like cream soups and strained soups, no chunks) and I found a jar of dill pickle spears and stopped in my tracks! I wanted one so bad so I actually drank some of the juice! I've never done that before but it was awesome. LMAO. I was banded on 10/13/09 too. I also at the soft part of the pickle spear (chewed really well) later on.

Hi there. Yes I am allowed creamy lowfat soups too and cottage cheese lowfat and pudding, etc in addition to broth and my wonderful shakes. I am barely getting in 1 shake a day and have lost 17 pounds in the last 1.5 weeks. I am tired of the shakes and surgary tastes ... I like salty tastes. So i just grinded down a small egg and boiled it and it was soft and mashed it down to smaller than the cottage cheese consistency. I ate it over a good amount of time. I figured it really couldnt hurt too bad since the consistency was more like a paste. I felt i needed the energy... I know I am bad but oh well. I am dropping 2-3 lbs a day so I think i needed it...

I'm so glad that I'm not the only one my cheats have been mostly small I was just chewing on saltines until saturday when I stole a small piece of baked chicken from the table I chewed it for what seemed like a half an hour but for the most part I'm doing ok the pickle juice hasn't called me yet but I've greatly avoided them. tonight will be a challenge I'm going to visit my in laws and my mil is a feeder.

Ah man, now I have the pickle song in my head! Out Arlo, out!

I don't want a pickle,

I just want to ride on my motorcycle...
