What is norrmal eating after fill?

I just had my second fill and have no trouble eating a little ceral in morning, but come lunch and dinner it seems chicken or veggies or meat make me feel like I am golng to get sick.I end up having a milk shake because it goes down easy and I am full.I know I am having trouble eating better food choices but then I think I have to eat something. My calorie intake is still low due to the small portions.Does anyone else eat the "sliders" because you have to eat something.

It sounds like your last fill might have been a bit too much. You didn't say when you got your last fill, but if it was more than week or two, any swelling should be gone by now, and you should be able to handle solid meals. If it's only been a few days, it may just be swelling.

Thanks for you quick response. It has only been a week.I am not sure what to order when in a restaraunt due to the fear of running to the bathroom.I guess I will see if I can little by little expand my choices.
