I have struggled with my weight for 35 years and I am tired of it.My husband was dx with ALS(Lou Gherigs) in December of 2008.I am his caregiver and things are beyond hectic.I have no time for myself and see the weight increasing.I made the decision that I am going to concentrate on me this summer and take some control back.There are many things in life we can't control but I am determined to make this one of them.
