So I have lost 133lbs...

But not I'm kinda more relaxed on my diet and workouts....

I moved to Washington state from ny just a month or so ago and I'm looking for a doctor now so i can get the ball rolling.

So its not like I don't know what I'm supposed to do... its more like.. I used to weight 343lbs now I'm 210lbs and i feel a lot better... I'm getting that I'm comfortable stage now ... but I'm still not happy. I know i can do better but... its like ... hard to get myself to push again after a year of going so hard core. ( yes i lost 133lbs in one year )

does this make any sence?

Can anyone offer some support and help me get my butt moving?

~~Jessica

What area in Washington do you live? I know of many Doctors in the area who are great.

Jessica,

First CONGRATULATIONS on the weight loss you have achieved - that is fabulous!!!

Many bandsters go through what you are struggling with - you have lost weight, have more to go, but just don't want to have to think about it every day. It is difficult to keep up the momentum and always think about what you are eating, how you are eating, and (my personal bug-a-boo) doing the exercise.

You need to focus on the end goal now - not on how far you have come, but what you want to be. And then back to the basics...is it time for a fill to help curb the appetite? time to change up the exercise routine for variety? Time to treat yourself to something to inspire you to continue? Time to experiment with new foods?

You have the willpower and strength of mind, you just need to take a deep breath and plunge back into the routine focussing on the end result.

You have done wonderful so far, you CAN do this!

Congrats on the wonderful weight loss!!!! Just remember the journey is never really over. This is something you will have to work at forever. Keep your head up and your mind on the prize. Good luck!

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
Just for fun last week, I ran two 5Ks in two days, something I would have never done in the past! Next goal is a 10K before the end of this month.

Hi everyone, I wrote back in May about having no strength. I still get totally exhausted just walking from room to room, it’s so bad I’m using a walker with wheels of all things. I had the gastric sleeve Jan. 24th. I’m doing exactly what the programs says, except protein shakes. I have different meats and protein bars daily, including vitamins daily. I do drink my fluids as well.  I go in for IV hydration 4 days a week and feel ok just til evening.  So far as of Jan 1st I’ve dropped 76 lbs. I just want to enjoy the weight lose. Any suggestions or has anyone else gone thru this??  Doctor says just increase calorie intake, still the same.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️
