Need Lap Band Buddy / Mentor Banded 9.24 - Thought I could go it alone

I am looking for actually 2 someones. Someone banded about the same time so we can keep each other on track and just compare notes.

And also, someone who is a pro that I can ask questions. We have a support group here with my Dr., but, I am not a big support group kind of person. Just want some tips, tricks or to ask if something is normal or not.

Thanks

Hi there:

I was banded 5 1/2 years ago and have lost 250 lbs- I'd be glad to answer any questions- send me a PM with your email- it will be quicker for both us.
