Ok, so I have another question. I found out that out of network things still go toward my out of pocket max...thank goodness... but my hubby pointed out that we are spending an awful lot of money for something we don't know will be approved and most of it does not go to our out of pocket max. (sleep study $500.00, nutritionist $75, psyche test $35.00, stress test $50.00, AIGB $50.00 each visit, PCP $25.00 each visit.)

How many of you were denied even though you had all the pre tests done?

I edited the above post, because I know I start too many threads, so thought I would put this in to "bump" it up to a new listing.

I dont have your ins but I was denied and had done every test they requested. GRR, I hate this. Hopefully you will have better luck than me.
