Impatiently waiting for the next step.....

Hi everyone!!! I am new to this forum and sooo jazzed to have found one specifically for the LAPBAND!! YAY! I am also a member of Thinnertimes.com and have been ridiculed for having chosen the LAPBAND over GASTRIC BYPASS. It is really an annoyance to be told that I am wrong on my own personal decision......but anyway. HAha!

I am currently waiting for the Psychiatrist that did my Psych eval to respond to my phone calls about my evaluation. She didnt bother to "clear" me or not clear me for the surgery. The whole purpose of my $250 eval. DUH!

Aside from that, all other requirements have been covered. That is the hold up. I cant wait to be able to post that I have been approved (or denied.....heaven forbide!!). Just wanted to say "HI!!!!" Also cant wait to read more of the posts in this forum.......

I'm feeling very grateful that my insurance was approved in less than 2 weeks. My doctor had that done before I even scheduled any appointments. I have them all scheduled for this month and hopefully I can schedule my surgery for September! YEA! I'm so excited.
