My name is Jennifer and I currently live in Hemet, Ca.  I have three children.  Kyleigh is my eldest daughter.  She turns 8 on August 17, 2009.  Shaelin is my second eldest daughter, and she is going to be 5 in November, 2009.  And Gavin is my baby boy.  He just turned 2 in July, 2009.  I am married to a wonderful man named Jeremy.  We will be celebrating 3 years of marriage on December 2, 2009.  Jeremy is not Ky or Shae's biological father, but he is the best DADDY they could have imagined.  I have been overweight since about 8th grade.  I didnt realize it then.  I have struggled since then to maintain what I believed to be a "healthy" weight.  (Defined by being happy with the way that I look).  After each of the births of my children, I found it nearly impossible to lose the weight.  Even if I had lost weight, I quickly gained it back.  When Gavin was born in July of 2007, I weighed more than I had in my entire life.  However, even two years later, I continue to gain weight.  I now top the scales at 268 pounds.  My highest weight ever.  I first looked into Lapband surgery earlier this year.  (2009).  I didnt think that my insurance covered it and didnt proceed.  Then once I changed to my current insurance, I realized that it would be covered and picked up where I left off.  I contacted a Surgeon nearby Hemet and started the process in June 2009. I am currently waiting approval or denial from the insurance.  I cant wait to be able to be happy with what I look like and raise my self esteem.  I want to be able to buy "normal" clothes that are cute, and not 3X shirts/pants that are hideous.  No one really makes affordable, cute PLUS SIZED clothing.  I want to be able to sit comfortably in any chair, whether a patio chair, a theater chair, or a booth at a restaurant.  And I want to be able to ride on a rollercoaster with my children, without being asked to pull the lapbar down another click and then having to leave the ride for being too FAT.  I just want to be happy!  On August 13th, 2009, my Mom called me and told me that she has been diagnosed with bone cancer..........two years after a brain cancer diagnosis.  I want my Mom to see a healthier me before anything happens to her!  I love my Mom and my family more than anything in this world!
