What is the name of the protein that you can put into pudding?

I have read on several occasions that you can get Protein shots or something that you can add to pudding. I am really getting tired of the shakes. any suggestions?

Thanks to all!!

I used to mix unflavored powders?utm_source=BariatricPal&utm_medium=Affiliate&utm_campaign=CommentLink" target="_ad" data-id="1" >unjury with instant none fat choc pudding....just added the unjury scoop to the milk before mixing it with the pudding. It really helped me the first few months after surgery.

Good luck

I'm not sure about what others are doing, but I add just my regualr Protein powder to my pudding (choc for choc, vanilla for vanilla). I also add vanilla Protein Powder to my yogurt. I don't use protein powder every day, just if I'm low on my protein.

Hope this helps!!

P.S. I usually add just a half scoop, doing a whole scoop is a bit much for me anyway.

I also am doing what others have said. I just use the regular protein mix I would use for shakes and mix it in with the pudding. That way I get to eat something nice and sweet but not feel guilty because I'm getting protein lol I also only use a protein supplement at the end of the day if I haven't met my protein quota for the day. Otherwise I do a good job of getting it in through "normal" foods

Hi-

If you want something unflavored, you can get the Beneprotein from Walgreens. You usually have to order it online as most stores don't carry it yet. It is whey Protein and unflavored. I add it to shakes, Soups, pudding, yogurt, etc.

Any Whey Protein Powder...You can put it in anything and bake with it!

its called "ANY WHEY" not just any whey protein powder
