7/10 - 230

last week - 205.6

8/31 - 204.4

% of weight loss since total 11.1%

% of weight loss since last week .6%

This was a rough week for me...kept teetering between 205.6 and 206, so I was pretty sure I was going to break even this week with no loss or gain. So I'm happy to see a 1.2 pound loss! Still think getting to ONEderland is taking waaaay to long. Then again I totally slacked with exercise this week :)

Hi everyone!

Another week has gone by. I weigh daily. Basically, I step on the scale and look at the number and just say, 'ok' Good or bad, it's 'ok'. What I have noticed about the last couple of weeks is that I weigh the same for like 5 days and then on the 6th and then weigh in day, the scale moves. Weird.

This week was mostly an experiment on what I could eat. I found out I could eat my egg on a piece of wheat toast. (had half a slice) I also found out I could eat a thin slice of pizza. (had half slice of pizza) I am happy with that. Tomorrow, I am going to try a little rotini pasta- the wheat blend. I will mash up mostly meatball and sauce and a little Pasta. We'll see how it goes!

Anyhoo,

Last week's weight- 204.4

Today's weight- 203.00

-1.4 lbs this week.

Since I had my fill last Wednesday the weight has virtually "melted" off. My weigh-in today was 253.2 pounds! I followed my doctor's diet regime for after each fill: on the day of your fill you have Clear Liquids the rest of the day and the next day then gradually advance to full liquids (don't have to be clear liquids), on the 4th day after your fill you start on soft foods for a couple days then you go back to eating your regular food.< /p>

Start weight: 294.7

Surgery weight: 282.0

Today's weight: 253.2

7/10 - 230

last week - 204.4

9/7 - 203.8

Another rough week for me. This time I was teetering between 204 and 203 so at least it was all loss. That's good considering my exercise was pretty much nonexistant - shame on me. I get a fill on Thursday which will hopefully help, but I know I really need to increase my exercise to see it melting off.

Somehow I lost 3.6 lbs this week. It's so strange how our bodies give up weight. Sometimes nothing at all when we expect something and sometimes a whoosh.

So I am officially in ONEderland. And I made my labor day goal! Onto the Turkey Day Challenge. Hope to see you there!

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!

So proud of you Cat. Getting into those smaller size clothes is half the fun isn't it?. Keep up the good work!!!!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

That's brilliant! You've done amazing!! I should probably think about changing my profile picture at some point. Mine is the doll from Squid Games. Ironically the whole premise of the show is about dodging death. We've both done that...

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?
