Anyone banded in Costa Rica?

My husband has great respect for Costa Rican medical care and wants me to investigate banding in that country. Anyone had it done there that would like to share their experience, Drs info and costs? Thanks,

    Haven't heard anything about Costa Rica. My husband has a friend there and respects their medical system and thought we should try and find out about it since they do medical tourism.
