New here, scheduled for surgery in a few weeks

Hi everyone!

My name is Tammy, and I'm in North Florida. My tenative date for lapband surgery is July 9th. I'll receive confirmation on that date within a couple of days, hopefully.

I'm so excited to find this site! My purpose for pursuing lapband is to improve or maybe even wipe out my diabetes and high bp. Right now, I'm 5'2" and at 218 lbs.

I can't wait to get to know everyone! :blushing:

    I am new to this site I am booked in for surgery on the 14th July though mine is in Australia. Good luck with yours I weigh 124 kgs not sure what that is in pounds. I am hoping mine goes well after severl years of yo yo dieting.
