Bitter taste in back of mouth-not in ketosis

Hi Everyone-

I have had a bitter taste in the back of my mouth for about three days...did a urine test strip for ketosis and it was negative. It is not acid reflux either...has anyone had this or have any info on it?

Any help would be appreciated-

Thanks!

You can be in ketosis and not have it show up on the strips. Matter of fact, the longer you are in ketosis the more likely it is not to show up on the strips.

Reflux doesn't always show symptoms. Some have excess acid and are not aware.

Sorry, wish I could be of more help.

did you have any surgerys done recently

If so it could be thrush (yeast in the mouth) do you have white spots in ur mouth

I would call the doc
