Newly Today In Houston!!

Well, I did, it, took the plunge and got Banded by Dr. Hollis in Houston. There staff was very good and took very care of me, like a patient and not a number. Lost 4lbs on a week preopp diet and have 98 more to go now.

Any pointers or suggestions would be awesome.

Thanks.

Congratulations on the banding, I was banded March 24 and am loving every minute of it! I'm sure many will come along and give you suggestions all I can say is keep up on your protein, don't drink with meals and exercise. With the combination of your hard work and the band you will start to see major changes on and off the scale.

Good luck and feel free to ask any questions.
