Hot, Raw Pain...Irritation from what?

To those 'Band veterns and experts,

In was banded back on Sept 2008 and have had no problems. It has taken me a long time to get some restriction - finally - and now suddenly I'm experiencing a raw, hot sensation in my esophogus [sp] and stomach area. I have allergies and post nasal drip ~ which might be aggrevating things. My PA asked me to take pepcid and sudafed to address the symptoms[sp - sorry about the spelling]. But I've also had some pb'ing early in the day - seems like I am really tight in the morning / lunch time. and there has been some very light puking - more like spitting out the slime. The pepcid seems to help. Should I be worried about anything else? I am definately a worrier!

Thanks!

Sounds like acid reflux to me. Is it possible you are a bit too tight now?

Sounds like acid reflux to me. I had the same symptoms when I forgot to take my reflux meds and my band was too tight. I got a little (.5 cc) removed and back on my meds and I feel 100% better
