2nd Fill & 2LB gain 2 days after?

I never fluctuate in weight, so for me to gain a half a pound worries me. However, I got on the scale this morning after being on liquids for 2 days now after my 2nd fill on Tuesday to find that I had gained 2 pounds! How could this be? All I had yesterday and the day before was 2 protien shakes & chicken broth with pureed chicken! I am frustrated for the first time in the process and just cant understand how this is possible. Has this happened to anyone else?

You are either PMSing and retaining water or you are constipated and once it clears out of your system you will probably see the extra 2 lbs drop.

I would say your body is holding on to everything since there is so little going in. Retaining water, Make sure you are drinking plenty non-caffeine liquids at this time as well. I have notice at T.O.M. that I won't lose any until it is over and then usually drop about 2-3 lbs overnight. but keep up the water and the exercising.
