My sister and I are doing this together. We started the process, in Februray and we are scheduled to be banded on Thursday May 14th, 2009. We attended all the classes and had our appointments on the same days. We have the same surgeon and are scheduled back to back for our procedures. We are excited, nervous and scared but it's great to be going through this together and supporting each other.

Congratulations and good luck! It is wonderful having someone to go through this process with you. My friend and I were banded by the same surgeon. She had hers done on July 2 and I was on July 14. It has been really helpful to have someone else to talk to.

That is so awesome! Congrats to both of you. It makes it easier knowing someone whose going through the same thing.
