May Exercise Challenge

Let's keep 'er rolling along. Same rules as always: none. All you have to do is list your exercises you are doing. Just a way of keeping us accountable to each other.

As for me today, nada. Slept in after two nights of softball and a fill yesterday. Just didn't feel like my innards could take the jostling of running on the treadmill after the fill. I can still feel the swelling a bit.

I'll get back to it tomorrow. If nothing else, I'll hit the elliptical.

I'm going to walk/run at lucnh and either take the bodycombat of hip hop class tonight

Ran on Sunday for a short time. It was too hot for more. Ran on Monday at the gym. Ran today at track.

Too much running! Tomorrow I'm taking off and then Thurs. is my bike day. Haven't decided what I'll do on Friday.

I'm going to try and run the trails at lunch. I will try to run more and walk less.

Legs last night. Ran 2 miles this morning on along the Mississippi this morning. Felt like I could keep going but the guy who just started running again was hurting as it was. So, softball tonight and then back at it tomorrow.

Just got done with another 1.75 miles of running along the Mississippi. Had extra energy to burn off.:cursing:

Thurs.-upper body workout followed up with 35 minutes on elliptical.

Yesterday-Nothing outside of mowing the front lawn and some other yard work.

This morning-3 miles on the treadmill as it was raining kind of hard today.

18 mi. bike ride with hill repeats.

Then I joined a gym so tomorrow I'm going to do a spin class and swim laps in the pool.

Okay, back from the gym. I did a 1:05 spin class geared to road cyclists.

Then I sat in the jacuzzi and finished my Protein drink. Then I swam some laps for 20 min. (I'm guessing it was about half a mile).

Then I ran for 35 min. The first part of that was recalibrating my Nike+ and warming-up and the last part was a cool-down. In between I ran 2 miles at "tempo" pace. Which was 5.5 for the first 1.5 miles and 5.9 for the last .5. I've NEVER run that fast before so I was very happy.
