new to the band

I was banded 04/23/09 I go for my first fill today I m worried some i dont feel i have lost any wieght everyone sys i have i decided not to way my self until the visit i dont think that was wise now i feel that i can eat anything i hv had no oncidents but i am trying to control my eating and have been walking some

4/23?? Do you mean 3/23?

It's typical to not lose much weight inbetween your surgery and your 1st fill. You body's adjusting from having surgery and then going onto a solid food diet so don't worry. Once you have restriction then you will start to lose more weight.
