Hello everyone! My name is Lauren and was just banded on 2/5/09. I'm progressing well and was lucky with getting away with only one incision. Overall, it's been a positive experience so far except I'm getting so sick of Carnation Instant Breakfast! I can't wait for Thursday when I'm on the soft-mushy diet and can have a little more variety.

So, any other Richmond area members out there? Does anyone attend the support group meetings at St. Mary's?

Hi Lauren. You might have better luck if you browse the "local support" section. It breaks things down by state, and then within each state are smaller sections. Give it a try!! I found a group from my dinky little town of Texarkana that way....
