Has anyone heard of Trace Minerals

I went to the doctor today for a fills, I talked to him again about my hair loss, he told me to go to GNC, and buy Trace mineral, I looked for it online, but it doesnt say what it is for, just that if you drink bottled water you should take it....

Anyone taking it?

TJ CLARK's "Legendary Colloidal Mineral Formula" can be found at any health food store. It's liquid and tastes horrid, but you don't have to drink much. It was recommended to me for the same reason and I think it helped a bit--but not nearly as much as taking thyroid med has.

The hair loss diminishes over time, many of us experienced the same thing up to 6 months post op. Now my hair loss is very minimal.

You may want to ask a health food specialist.

But someone recommended that I take Biotin. They are specifically for hair and nails. I bought the bottle at Walmart, but havent taken one yet.

Let us know what you find out about trace minerals.:)
