Kelly from NJ- Banded on Jan 22, 2009

Hello All! I am new to the site and I am excited to read about everyones stories. I was banded on Jan. 22, 2009 by Dr. Fred Brody at Sibley Hospital. I could not have asked for a better experience from the moment I got my IV to the moment it came out (same day ). The best part was waking up in recovery and the first thing I did was cry becasue I knew I had just done something to change my life at 24 years old!!! Every Recovery Nurse said, "She is so young, this is going to change her life"... they are right.
