How many banders can eat bread without problems? How much and when?

I am wondering what percentage of banders can eat breads, crusts, muffins etc. without any problems. Before I get negative posts, the only reason I ask is because I'm curious. Bread has been the hardest for me to give up, by far. And if I can have a few bites of bread or pizza crust occasionally, that would be more than enough to keep me happy with my strict band diet for the rest of my life

I don't eat bread. Any kind of yeast bread gets stuck, buscuits and quick breads I can eat in very, very small amounts Croutons and crackers work better. I find that by the time I eat my protein and veggies, there isn't room for bread. When I buy a burger I take both buns off and eat with a fork.

no bread for me. it hurts and i mean it hurts! and i also think i might need a unfill.
