Lap band slipped. Will my insurance now cover surgery in the states?

My lap band has slipped and I would like it taken care of in the US. My medical insurance would not cover lap band surgery so I went to Mexico. Has anyone experienced the same problem? Please advise.

Probably not, if they don't cover bariatric procedures you are probably looking at going back to MX.

Are you sure you need surgical correction? Did they unfill your band and put you on liquids for a few weeks? That usually fixes a slip.
