what is the reason for being on clears after a fill?

I just had my 3rd fill yesterday and i was suppose to be on clears for the rest of the day and than full of thurs and back to regular diet on friday i did really good at work but i was so hungary when i got home that i had a few mashed potatoes and a cracker nothing big or huge im wondering if i did any damage to my pouch please help!!!! has any1 else eatten after a fill? and did anything happen? please let my know.:smile2:

My Dr. did not put me on any type of restricted diet. He said just keep eating healthy.
