dating and a new sex partner! well maybe

ok so I am dating a new guy, I've not been with anyone other than my recent ex since my surgery. I am a little nervous about it but I really like the guy and he's so totally hot!!!! I am just wondering how people have dealt with changing partners and adjusting to someone new

yes he knows and is very supportive of it :w00t: he's an all around great guy

Congrats on the new guy! Just take it as it comes...and have fun!

I hope he's everything you're looking for.

With anything new, it will be different. Don't expect it to be like being with your ex and just enjoy the experience and have fun.

It's all about confidence. Love your 'new' body, and rock it! If you feel beautiful, you'll look beautiful, and that will outshine everything else.

update....so the sex is good...but whoever said the way to get over a man is to get under another or in my case on top of another lol was way wrong.....I hate being all emotional...but I guess I will have to deal with it and continue to progess in my new relationship :tongue_smilie:

If you're not ready yet, take it slow. There is no magic recipe for relationships. Just be gentle with yourself. If this guy is as awesome as you say, he'll give you all the time and space you need. Maybe hang out with other couples for a while until you become more at ease with the whole thing. There's no rush. Start thinking...... What do I need for closure? Then pursue that.
