update....so the sex is good...but whoever said the way to get over a man is to get under another or in my case on top of another lol was way wrong.....I hate being all emotional...but I guess I will have to deal with it and continue to progess in my new relationship :tongue_smilie:

ok so I am dating a new guy, I've not been with anyone other than my recent ex since my surgery. I am a little nervous about it but I really like the guy and he's so totally hot!!!! I am just wondering how people have dealt with changing partners and adjusting to someone new

i love giving and recieving....its actually a huge turn on for me to please my man :tongue2: but its all what people like and don't like...cant blame them for refusing something they aren't comfortable or okay with....but it would definately suck!!

well apparently...I can not sympthize with you...even at my biggest I was full of self confidence. Because my body is changing and I have weird skin I call it...I am a little self conscious but I know that that will be fixed soon :cursing: what I am trying to say is feel comfortable in your own skin...no one loves or should love you more than you!!! Don't ever call yourself fat....dont' ever feel worthless cause trust me there are so many people out there who appreciate you whether you realize it or not!!! :thumbup:

my doctor said no sex for 6 weeks but 3 days out my BF and I did and I had no trouble....hmmmmmm I dunno I guess it depends on the person

why is that....its so funny a girlfriend of mine and I were talking about it last night and oddly she's thought about the same thing.....so obviously its more common than I thought.....its just getting up the courage to go through with it or suppressing the urge with male attention lol

my problem is I am only 20 and in college...makes it sooo much worse...I check out guys and girls...it so crazy!! and at parties and such....I am just uh...livid!!

Yeh the whole sex drive thing increases tremendously!! I've lost 60 lbs so far with the band and my boyfriend was telling me he was tired...I wanted to have sex several times a day and he didn't mind but got a little exhausted after a while. I am not sure why it happens but it does.....and yeh it can be scary, I know I caught my self comtemplating certain fantasies and talking to the BF about it and he was a little confused because I used to be so not up for anything new...I wish I knew why it happened so I can at least control it a bit. lol

as for the sweet adorable guy I was trying to date....well he broke his foot is a drunk and well a loser...lol

I honestly don't think there's anything wrong with people thinking that, I mean seriously the only difference between the 2 is the quickness of weight loss and the surgery. I don't expect people to automatically know what the lapband is and what it entails. I can't believe anyone would complain about being compared to a GB patient. They did that for the same reason we got lapband. HELLO!
