Got banded one week ago today

Hi there, I thought I'd pop in and say hi. My name is Jeannie, I'm 28 and live in Los Angeles. I was banded a week ago today at Cedars Sinai Medical Center. So far I've lost 13 pounds and have my first post-op visit tomorrow with my doc.

I only had a couple of down days, but I feel pretty good. Went back to work for the first time today, but only stayed half the day.

I'm glad to be up and around and feeling good, and someone at work today said "did you lose weight?" LOL it was awesome. I was out the week after my surgery, and since no one at work knew why I was gone other than being on medical leave, I came back and surprised a few people!

I'm slowly increasing my activity my dog is loving all the extra walks she gets to go on! :)

Hi there. My surgeon was Dr. Michael Feiz. Bariatric Weight Loss Los Angeles, Weight Loss Surgery Southern California

He was great, very nice, very helpful and his office assistant is just the sweetest thing. And they will treat you very well at Cedars!
