Signs of a Fill

Im going in for a fill on the 5th of Aug. I have been eating a lot... (or I think is a lot) and I get hungry about 1 hour later...

So when do you think or feel you should get a fill??

Trish, here is a good site for that question

http://lapbandtransformation.com/Adjustments.htm

For me it is when I can eat more but still following the rules making good food choices, prtoein first drinking my Water, a little exercise and the scale does not move for 3 weeks. I was unfilled for 2 months and was refilled on June 20th to 1 cc..3 weeks of following the rules and seeing no movement on the scale I went back on Monday for another .5 cc and it has made a huge difference. I can feel I have lost weight this week..I will weigh Monday morning
