1. Just because clothes fit one week, it doesn’t mean they’ll fit the next. Start shopping!
2. Protein shakes taste better when you drink them out of a tiki mug with a paper umbrella.
3. Learn how to take a compliment, because you will be getting lots of them.
4. If your pants are slipping down and you’ve just washed them, it’s time to say goodbye.
5. Instead of wearing a regular bra, buy a sports bra. It shrinks with you!
