I got approved, and I am running to get my lapband. I have had friends get approved then denied before they had surgery and I am not about to go through that.

anyway i was geting sick of the clear liquid diet and came across this website, and well, here i am.

i am a pretty fun person if a little distracted with school, but feel free to write me and i would love some recipe ideas, any thing. however, i am a person that cannot keep bad stuff in the house, so if i gotta strain it out, dont suggest it.

I also had the same problem, Surgery on 9/26 and birthday 10/20. No cake for me either but I was happy not to eat it 1 month since and down 23lbs. Who needs cake anyway! Good Luck.
