How long did you wait for insurance approval?

How long did you guys all wait for insurance approval?

My paperwork gets faxed into my insurance tomorrow. I am hoping it will take only a week. My doc's office said most likely it would be two...but they've never delt with my insurance before so they don't know for sure.:tt2:

thanks :tongue_smilie: :tt1:

after I had completed all of my insurance requirements (stress test, chest xray, nutrition class) the dr office faxed the info. I got a letter just under 2 weeks later from insurance saying yes. I have United Healthcare.

One day. Paper work sent to BC/BS on October 15 and approval came on October 16, surgery date November 11.
