Thank you Teri, you will never know how much this means to me. Seeing my name on this list, it is just over powering.

As tears well up, I am just over come with emotion. Seeing my name on this list is like a dream. I watched the phone all day, waiting for the Surgeon to call and cancel. But the call didn't come, it is really going to happen.

I couldn't have made it to this point without you, all of you. Thank you so much.
