I cheated!!! I am supposed to be on mushy foods and I had crackers and cheese... What is wrong with me? I am a self-pay, I paid $14,000 for this surgery and I am cheating??? I just do not know what to do with myself. I am disgusted with myself. Anyone, please give me a pep talk so I can get back on track. I have not gained any weight, just stayed the same. I am 9 days post-op... Ladies, I need HELP!!!

I am back home from my surgery and feeling great!!! I hardly believe I have been banded. I have no fill (and won't until 4 weeks post op) and feel a little hungry but I can hardly make myself eat anything.... I hope all the other 17th banders are feeling as great as I am and all other September Samurais are doing great as well!!!!!:biggrin:

Hi Everyone! I was banded this morning at 7am. I cannot believe how GREAT I feel... I have a little gas pain, but other than that I feel fabulous. I hope I am not jinxing myself as I heard the second day is pretty bad... My doctor uses the Realize band and does not put in a fill until 4 weeks post op. I am not hungry, but I weighed myself and I gained a pound... I think it is all the water I drank as I have only had jello today.... Oh well, I hope the weight starts coming off soon.... I hope everyone else is feeling great.....

I have the Syntrax Matrix Cookies and Cream bag of protein mix, and it is sooooooooooooo good. I put it in a magic bullet with ice and either water or non-fat milk... DELICIOUS!!! I totally recommend it to anyone.... I would give it 6 drool faces.... :biggrin:
