Sunshine 2, How big is your band and how much fill is in it? It took me a long time to get my fill tight enough and I'm over the stated band-capacity (not the actual band-capacity,obviously).

I have a 4cc band, and I believe I have about 3.9 cc's in it.

Thanks, it is sure nice to finally know what everyone is talking about when they say they had to slow down when eating, or have to sip on cold water. I just thought I was some genetic freak because I didn't have to do any of those things.
