how long should you wait to see Dr. if you think your band is too tight

I got a fill this week on tuesday. Too much water, milk, shake all comes up. I did keep some stuff down. I don't dare have food yet not even mushy food, liquids hurt.

has anyone else had this issue?? Is it normal after a tight fill???

How long should I wait before I see dr.??

Hi Vivianna,

I would give the dr's office a call ASAP. I wouldn't wait, especially since you can't hold liquids down. You don't want to dehydrate and especially lose all the minerals and vitamins your body needs. They may have filled you too much. But I really wouldn't wait.

Same here - had fill on Monday couldn't eat or drink for 2-3 days - supposed to stick with liquids but could barely do that - now 4 days after fill I feel normal again - can eat my normal food, drink shakes, nothing is getting stuck, feeling tight, etc. I do drink a hot cup of tea every morning because of someone said it loosened up the band and it works great. I think you will feel better in a day or two - I am glad I didn't call doctor and fill taken out. I would be calling now to get it put back in.
