My fav time of the month... NOT

Hello all I have a touched question. I was banded on July 15th and had not had a visit from my SPECIAL friend since then. Well she visited me last week because she thought I missed her. The problem I had with her this month and I had not considered before is the sweet tooth she always brings with her. What if anything are ya'll eating or doing to get past the sweet tooth monster?

Hmm....try some type of melon or other sweet fruit. Or even sugar free popsicles or jello. The fruit is probably sweeter than the sugar free stuff though in my opinion.
