Pre-op diet...what did you eat?

Finally, I feel like I am getting somewhere in this whole process. I get to meet with the surgeon on 6 Aug (Dr. Tribble @ Palmetto) and my surgery is scheduled for 18 Aug (pending approval by Tricare Prime :)). They require that you do the 2 week Adkins diet pre-op and I am just wondering what suggestions anyone has as far as what to eat. I have a really good Whey protein shake that I'm having for breakfast/snack, but am wondering about lunch & dinner.....just trying to get ideas so that it doesn't get boring and bland. Thanks a bunch!

I was required to lose 5% of my weight before getting to see the surgeon. The nutritionist put me on 5 low carb shakes per day and one low cal meal ranging between 300-400 calories. I at Lean Cuisine or WW frozen meals. I drank the SF Low Carb shakes. I lost more than 5% of my weight doing this diet.

The day before surgery was nothing but Clear liquids, though I did that for 3-days prior because I wanted to make sure my liver would be small enough to not get in the way.
