sometimes....amounts of food eaten

I am almost 3 months post-op and have had 2 fills.

Sometimes I can hardly eat anything ~ right now I am having a weight watchers rice bowl and can barely finish it.

Other times I can eat and eat and eat..... almost like old times..

I have seen many threads about this before, but I am wondering does the amount of food you can eat always flip flop? Or is that how you know when you have hit your 'sweet spot', when a WW frozen meal makes you full? anytime, all the time?

Hey! Well I'm not really going to be any help to you but I was wondering the same thing. I am one month post op with one fill and I can still eat alot. I don't really know what I should be able to eat. I haven't "stuffed" myself since the surgery but I never really feel full like I used to. Just wondering if anyone has any insight on the subject. Good luck to you. How much have you lost??

Scarlett - I'm the same way. Some days I have more restriction than others. I've notice that TOM I am tighter and cannot eat quite as much. I don't think I'm quite to my sweet spot, but close enough. I'm always tightest in the mornings also. I usually have coffee before I eat. It seems to help loosen me up a bit. By dinner I can eat the most - some nights more than others.

i feel as you all do, too. i've been filled twice so far & i never feel any different than i used to. granted, i can only eat 1 cheeseburger when i used to eat 2 but i still don't really feel restricted! i suppose that maybe i need to work a little harder & actually eat better but i have some days i just wake up HUNGRY!!! those days i TRY to drink more water & have slim fast or another protein shake but sometimes the food cravings get the best of me. those are the days that i tend to snack between meals instead of following the rules for the 3 a day! PERHAPS I NEED AN APPETITE SUPPRESSANT?? or not...i KNOW its head hunger but i haven't learned just exactly how to control that yet. i guess it comes with time.
