Fills Fills Fills

Okay, I had my third fill on July 3rd. Today is July 22nd. I've lost 10 pounds since then. It was going great..now it has slowed and I'm down about it. It also seems as though I'm really tight in the morning and I'm doing protein shakes then. As the day goes on it gets looser and by evening I can eat a lot more than I should be able to. My third fill was the only fill that caused any restriction. Do I need another? Is there a way that helps it stay tight all day? Let me know your experiences...

I just recently had my second fill, so I am no expert, but it seems that hot liquids loosen up the restriction, so if your drinking coffee during the day that may be a reason, I also read in another forum that soda may assist in loosening restriction.

Hi there,

What you are experiencing is very common with the band. It's almost as if it has a mind of its own. There are a lot of bandsters here (myself included) who are extremely tight in the mornings and can only tolerate liquids until after 1:00 PM. As the day wears on, the band becomes looser and you are able to eat more. I'm usually very tight in the mornings and wide open in the afternoons. Hope this helps!
