Hi - Ira in NJ new here

Hi,

My name is Ira and I am in Bergen County, NJ.

I am hoping for a date in July for my band.

The pre-requisite tests are just about complete, and "last meal syndrome" is winding down also.

I welcome direct emails.

Thanks to everyone for the excellent info I have already gotten by reading the older postings!

Hi Ivan,

Welcome to another New Jerseyan!! Hope everything continues to progress smoothly for you in the pre-op phases. Saving a seat for you in bandland! :) :)

Woohoo!! I'm also from NJ and I'm also going through Dr. B at HUMC. Isn't that funny!! I'm hoping I can get scheduled for August. I'm just finishing my labs myself. Good Luck!!

Hi Ira,

My surgery is scheduled for June 8th at Hackensack Hospital. I live in Bergen County also, Hackensack about one block from the hospital.

My doctor is Dr. Trivedi.

I am nervous now that it is finalized.

You are so close by...email me and keep in touch.

Maria

I also live in the Bergen County area. My surgery was done on May 19 at NYU. Do you know of any support groups in the Bergen area....it is getting difficult going to the city for the groups even tho I love them,

I live in Hudson County as well and had my surgery in Mexico. I wish you the best of health in your pending surgery and future walk with your band.
