July Bandsters...how much have you lost since surgery??

If you have already been banded in July, have you lost any weight? It seems to come off slower now than it did before surgery!!! I have lost 2 lbs since surgery last Wednesday and really thought it would have been more with the amount I am actually able to drink!! I am probably being over zealous...but who knows!!

I was banded on July 13th and have lost 10 pounds. Glad to hear I'am not the only one thinking I should have lost more. This is a new way of life and we are still learning.

Am I reading this right, you were banded last Sunday and upset about only being down 10 lbs. I was banded the 9th, and finally last night dropped to being down 4 lbs. What's wrong with me? :frown:

I have no restriction and have felt since I woke up from surgery I could eat anything.

I am now down 6 lbs since surgery...but I did lose 17 before surgery on July 9th ;-) My doc is impressed with my loss thus far. I have lost 19% of my excess body weight ;-)

From reading her signature, it looks like she was banded on May 13th, not July 13th.

On another note: I am down another pound this morning and still no hunger. Yippie!

and 4 weeks to a fill. My goal is not to gain any these next 4 weeks. I'll use a measuring cup and eat on my plan. Oh, and get at least 30 minutes of walking or exercise every day.
