How to Avoid Loose Skin After Surgery

Hey folks.

There has been some talk of body stockings in addition to exercise as a way to avoid much of the loose skin flaps hanging down after losing weight.

Does anyone have knowledge of these?

I was told by my surgeon, and physical therapist that exercise (LIKE POLATISE) is the only thing that works.

Provided that you have not already lost the elasticity in your skin. Usually in us older people.
