    My surgery was on 6/29 and i was on full liquids for two weeks PRE-OP too! I am so ready for solid food!!

    Let me add this tasty treat I made tonight...

    Protein Shake

    1 cup of light silk soy milk, vanilla flavored

    1 tlbs peanut butter

    1 scoop of Muscle Milk

    handful of ice cubes

    Mix up well in the blender and enjoy! It is so yummy.

    Calories: 240

    Fat: 19 g

    Protein: 26 g

    Carbs: 21.5 g

    Fiber: 3 g
