Microdermabrasion v Chemical peels

my sister has mild acne scars, she is 53 going through a mid life crisis and considering Microdermabrasion or a skin peel. She has'nt got loads of money to throw around and over here in the UK peels are very expensive although microderm is more affordable.

Has anybody had either of these procedures and if so were you pleased with the results.

Thanks

Gaynor

I had several rounds of microdermabrasion for my sun damage. The only thing that helped was laser treatment. The do do microdermabrasion with a chemical peel at the same time. She may want to try that.
